This Refunds and Cancellations Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund or cancel your order for the MBA Profile Evaluation Tool's paid reports and services.

1. Report Delivery and Refunds

Our paid MBA Profile Report is delivered digitally through a secure link immediately upon successful payment. The report includes:

  • Admissions Brief for each selected school
  • Committee perspective analysis
  • Dimension-by-dimension score breakdown
  • Three personalized action items
  • Application profile gap analysis
  • Application timeline recommendations

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of purchase: If you have not accessed or downloaded the report, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
  • Technical issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing your report that cannot be resolved, we will provide a full refund or replacement report.
  • Duplicate charges: If you have been charged twice for the same report, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following situations are non-refundable:

  • Reports accessed or downloaded (more than 7 days after purchase)
  • Requests for refunds made more than 7 days after purchase
  • Changes in your profile or circumstances after delivery
  • Dissatisfaction with report content or recommendations
  • Cancelled services where the report has already been generated

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at team@accioadmit.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your order details (email address, payment date, and report school names)
  3. Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  4. We will review your request within 3-5 business days
  5. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

5. Cancellation Policy

Before Payment: You may cancel your order at any time before completing payment with no consequences.

After Payment: Once payment has been processed and the report has been generated, cancellation is equivalent to a refund request and is subject to the refund eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2.

6. Partial Refunds

If you purchased a report for multiple schools and only wish to cancel for some of them:

  • Partial refunds are not available once the report has been generated
  • You may contact us to discuss your options, but the standard policy is all-or-nothing refunds
  • For future purchases, you can select the specific schools you want analyzed to avoid overpaying

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Cashfree. If you notice any unauthorized charges or payment issues:

  • Contact us immediately at team@accioadmit.com
  • Provide evidence of the unauthorized charge
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly

8. Currency and Exchange Rates

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). If paying from another country, your bank may charge foreign exchange fees. AccioAdmit is not responsible for these fees.

9. Subscription Services (if applicable)

If we offer subscription-based services in the future, the following will apply:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • No refund is provided for the current billing period once it has started
  • Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period
